Once you start travelling and get a passion for it, it is very difficult to stop. There is just always that next place to visit, that next language or culture to learn about. It can be one of the best things you do in life. 

The one thing people can really struggle with is deciding on where to go. You might be looking for something a little different. Perhaps luxurious or unique. Maybe you prefer to travel outside of the usual tourist hotspots or look for some of the exotic beauty in different parts of the world.

Before I share with you some of the best exotic locations to ignite your passion I wanted to share with you some of the tips that you can use to help you find the right place for you. Here are my tips:

  • Read reviews – Reviews are often left online for locations, places to stay and things to do. You can get some of the biggest inspiration from what people have written about your chosen location. It can also help you to make an informed choice on whether it is the right place for you. 
  • Think outside of the box – sometimes thinking about different places may help you to find hidden gems. The world is a very big place. 
  • Consider your budget – Your budget will play a vital role in where you choose to go. So always ensure that you book a location within your means when it comes to your budget. 
  • How much travel time and how long do you have – Finally, some vacations will take longer to get to and you also need to factor in how much vacation time you have. You don’t want t spend hours on a plane only to experience that location for a few days if you need to be back to work.
